Check-in requirements
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in at Villa Ecotiva. In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (Aadhar card, State driver’s license, passport, etc.) at check-in. The documents will not be shared with any third party.

Check-in Time: 2:00 p.m.
Check-out Time: Room rental period expires at 11:00 a.m.
Children
We love to welcome children of all ages. Children aged 8 and under stay for free when sharing a room with one or more paying adults, using existing bedding.
Additional bedding
A roll-away single bed can be arranged at an additional cost upon request. Please contact the front desk for any additional bedding requests.
Cancellation rules
Guests can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. If a cancellation is made within the 2 days prior to arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
